Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the security or operation of the site, and not to copy or collect content, product data or images from it without our written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please let us know straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Products and Availability

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly from piece to piece. All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken securely at checkout when you place your order. We do our best to ensure all prices are correct. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will always let you know before doing so. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is accepted once it has been shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order is already being prepared for shipment. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather or courier delays. Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and tracking.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are always resolved at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Our mission

Studio Gisèle began with a simple frustration: beautiful dresses that only work for one summer, or one body type, or one occasion. We wanted the opposite; pieces a woman reaches for again and again, that feel as good on the school run as they do at a long lunch by the water.

So we built a wardrobe around that idea. Soft, flowing shapes in warm neutrals and easy colour. Fabrics that move with you instead of holding you in. Cuts that flatter without asking you to think about it. Nothing loud, nothing disposable, just clothing that makes getting dressed the easiest part of your day.

We're a small independent label, which means every piece in the collection is here because we chose it, not because a trend chart told us to.

Studio Gisèle offers a carefully curated range of women's clothing designed for real Australian days; warm mornings, long afternoons, evenings that run later than planned.

Free shipping, always. Every order ships free and fully tracked, with updates from us at each step.

30 days to change your mind. Try it on at home, in your own light, with your own shoes. If it isn't right, send it back within 30 days.

Honest sizing. Every product page includes fit guidance, because a dress you love that doesn't fit is no use to anyone.
