Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and ship your order. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. An express shipping option is available at checkout.

Delivery Times to Australia

Free shipping: 7–12 business days.

Express shipping: 2–4 business days.

Carriers We Use

We ship with trusted international carriers such as DHL, with final delivery in Australia usually handled by Australia Post.

Order Tracking

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number or order number.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions or courier delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia.

If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive, please contact us and we will trace it with the carrier and find a fair solution with you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
